Problems with CASIO Photo Loader with HOT ALBUM

I've just tried uploading some photos from my digital Camera- Casio ZX1050 to my PC with the Photo Loader with HOT ALBUM software- this is something I've used loads of times without problems.
Part way through it seemed to stop & an error message came up:

?????'HAMYBOX.exe'?????0040BCB0?????00000000?
????????????????

I selected 'OK' but the box remained.
I shut the programme down with ctrl/alt/del & tried re-opening it, but the same message came up.. please help anyone.. otherwise I fear I've lost loads of photos.....
