Transferring contacts to a Nokia N97

I have a Windows Mobile phone and have now acquired a Nokia N97. I have all my contacts on my PC in Jeyo Mobile Companion. Has anyone got any idea how I can get my contacts onto the Nokia without doing it manually? There are a couple of thousand of them!!!
