I have a small business and have placed it on google maps etc. I have however received one slanderous comment from a person known to me (his name has flagged up) who has never been to my shop. I have flagged this as an inappropriate comment through Google and yet no response from them after 3 weeks. It seems almost immpossible to contact them ?
