Hi

Our wireless stopped working a while ago. I got it wokring again by plugging in the ethernet cable, if I leave it plugged in it works, sometimes if the cable has been plugged in a while, I can unplug it and the wireless will work (until we switch off laptop).

We have now lost the internet icon at the bottom of the screen. Now something has appeared called Config Free (connectivity doctor)

Wireless is switch on, on the laptop

Any advice please
Thanks, Elsa

"I can unplug it and the wireless will work" - sounds like your default wireless connection is to a neighbour's box.
