back up files

How do I back up my computer files? It came up on the screen about a week ago but I said I would do it later because I didn't know how much space it would need on a disc ( still new to all this ) and it hasn't asked me again thanks

If you are on XP, go to: Control Panel>Performance and Maintenance>Back up your data. You can choose between various types of back up. How much space and time it will take depends on which option you choose and how much data you have on your computer - I suspect that you will need multiple discs!

 

P.S. Probably best to sort your trojan problem out before doing a backup!
