CLED ERROR after CUBASE instaled

Installed Cubase Steinburg SX3 from disc given to me. Error occured. Removed CUBASE - but error vstill there: keep getting an SRV#001 CLED ERROR box .
Also a box saying Team H20 CLEDEX has stopped working.
Effect of this is the bottom right tool bar doesnt work - so I cant click on or off the internet from that point for example.
Attempted to click away CLED (whatever cled means?) by CTRL_SHIFT_ESC but problem still there.
Anyone had a probem like this after CUBASE installed?
