answerbank windows blackouts

after i sign in and go to my profile - answerbank repeatedly asks me for my e.mail address. it makes no difference if i type it in or not, i still get thro to my profileanyway! However when i have placed a new question and thereafter read the 'recently answered reply', i then go to reply back BUT windows tries to shut down the programme. I'm a newcomer on answerbank & find this v.irritating. I am vista experienced & have newish pc so it's not me..!! Does answerbank often behave like this (perhaps due to surggessss!!??)

What exactly do you mean by "windows tries to shut down the programme"?

When i sign in and click on My Profile the whole screen goes black with box in middle saying 'windows is not reponding' 'do you want to close programme' or 'wait until windows reponds' The whole procedure is sporadic, it doesn't happen every time. I'm going to submit this message to you and then retry to view my profile again. Will update you shortly. Asza :-)
