 Somebody posted a question tonight that had sucessfully answered 18 months ago, how do i post an answer with reference to my previous answer please, i.e link to answer?

Go to the page of your previous answer and Right click the URL in the Address bar  - select Copy.

Then post your present answer - Right Click again, then select Paste.

I hope this makes sense druiaghtagh.

I forgot to add that after you've pasted the link you now have to hit Enter once or may be twice depending on your computer for it to show up.

 When the link changes from black to blue you know it's ok.

to find your previous answer (this is the tricky bit) click on My Details at the top of the page, then on the My Profile tab, the select All threads I'm involved in from the Show Me: menu. The older the question, the further back it will be. Then follow Cetti's instructions to paste a link...
