Sky+HD Problem using remote eye

i have just had sky +hd installed and is great but my magic eyes in the two bedrooms now wont work??? they worked fine before with the old sky box but not now, the sky+ remote wont change channels over via the remote eye ?? anybody now why this is and can it be rectified,
