You cannot record a mobile phone unless you physically hold a microphone to it, even then you will probably get radio buzz from the phone onto the recording. Just record like that to the PC, then convert it to mp3, zip it and e-mail it. Have you checked the legality of doing this, most countries it's OK to record as long as it's you on the phone and the other party gave his/her consent to you doing it.
