photos from mobile to pc via bluetooth

hi there you know when you transfer your pics from mobile to pc via bluetooth and then you go to look at them and they are a blank file which means you have to open with another programme to view ? how can you convert them to normal pics without having to go through that process again? some of them stay visible but most dont and i dont know why.please help guys and thanx in advance

try renaming the file whatever.jpg, replacing the word whatever with what you want to call the photo.
