Try and get something with a variable gain amplifier in it, and buy the most expensive one you can afford. Don't waste time or money on cheap aerials, especially the "rabbit ears" type you sometimes see in discount shops, which are used for VHF not UHF - useless!
Depending on your location, the picture may or may not be visible, as indoor aerials are really a last resort and a poor second to roof aerials.
