sending an outlook folder

i am using microsoft outlook and want to send a complete folder to a member of my staff by e-mail. does anyone know how this is done and i dont want to have to send each item individually. i have tried to copy it to desktop but it will not let me. thanks in advance

File- Import export - scroll to Export to a file -next - scroll to personal folder file - next - select the file you want to send - next - save it to desktop. Right click on desktop file and send to email recipient.
if they want it in their Outlook, exactly the same but in reverse of course
