E Mail problem??

Hi there i'am currently using Outlook Express to read and send my e mails, i have two e mail accounts, the first is Blueyonder who supplies my broadband, and this account works fine! The second account is a old dial-up account i have, but i have been using it fine for the last year on my broadband connection, but all of a sudden i can't recieve any e mails for this account, all i get is the following message: Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.supanet.com', Server: 'pop.supanet.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK 5090 octets follow.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F I have rang Supanet about this account and they tell me the account is active and they can see no problem their end?? Can anyone suggest anything??

get them to talk you thru the settings, you may have accidently change something.
This normally occurs when a change has been made to the line like call waiting for instance
