Microsoft Certificate of Succeptable Ediots. Nuff said
It stands for Microsoft Certified Software Engineer (although I think Joanne was spot on with her description).
As maxi said. It means the person can setup Outlook to pick up email. Look into BCS qualifications if you want IT professional quals.

I've got my cycling proficiency as well.
Ha! Ha! j2buttonsw does seem rather proud. But has anybody else actually done it and know what they are talking about? Me, I've even failed me CPT.
Most MCSE's now have passed a crammer course for the exam. There is little analytical value from the current MCSE holders. The qualification has been devalued in recent years. Try looking for someone who also has CCIE
