Rejuvinate Ink Cartridges !

Hi I have a couple of origional (new ) HP printer Ink cartridges which I have had for a long time,I have opened the boxes and they are dry and not working can you help please . is there a way that I can rejuvinate these items,as I say these are new I have had them for at least 2 years.
