Page sizes ...

I appear to have pressed a 'wrong' button on my keyboard. Now all my screen pages are too 'large' and I've lost the 'minimise and maximise' keys from the top right corner. What have I done, and how can I put it right?

It's OK, after a good night's sleep, my PC has decided to re-set itself and behave normally again. Isn't technology wonderful!
