Usually Keys are "plugged" onto an "X" shaped key that locates into an X shaped slot on the key itself, does it look like the plastic has snapped between the keyboard and the key itself? If so then a drop of the correct glue should do. If the key has other bits of plastic top and bottom that hold it in a level position then it gets a little more fiddly but a good glue and allowing it to set for 24 hours should work
