I recently ordered from www.tiffanyonsale.co.uk and I have waited for my goods for over 3 weeks. I have written to the website via their email address at least 5 times. Now I can see that the site has been closed down which leads me to beleive they were trading fraudulently. Does anyone have any Idea what I can do and how if possible, I can get my money back. I paid by debit card so I understand I cannot do a chargeback. I paid via google checkout & it seems like google can't do anything to help. There is an address on the website which I am thinking of writing to but what if it turns out to be fake? Is there any thing I can do to get my money back? Your answers are very much appreciated.

This is a bogus website. Is your debit card a Visa debiit? Look at it and see if the Visa logo is there.

If so, it gives the same protection as a credit card - how much did you spend?

I have also been conned by this fake website. On 13 October I spent 35 on card for bracelet for my daughter's birthday - repeatedly sent emails etc asking for information. Heard nothing. Now what? Should I report this to the police?
