I gather this is a spyware program run by Dell when you close down - my problem is that, when I close down, it runs, then I get a 'not responding' message, with an invitation to 'end now'. If I fail to respond to that - which I did last night! - the whole thing gets 'stuck' and I had to unplug it to get the PC to close down!

I'm sure that can't be the ideal answer - can anyone help?
