Help, I have a new Toshiba Sat Pro Laptop (wifi) and the hotel has given me the code but I can't get online with it. What do I have to do to make it work??

Can you log in if you disable your firewall?

xp or vista .... run the set up a wireless network wizard

you'll be asked to look for networks - select and when asked for the key - which is probably 64 bit wep - enter the code you were given
