Download photo`s

I have an Samsung SGH-S400i phone and want to know how to get the software to download on to my PC.photo`s of my grandchildren before they grow up. I have been advised to e-mail samsung.co.uk but their site wont come-up. I also have Googled but when I type in the model number it isn`t recognised. I am at a crossroads between sanity and madness, please help. TIA.

You don't need software - is your pc bluetooth? If not, you can buy a bluetooth dongle very cheaply and send them that way.

Or you can buy a data cable like this:
