Help with sign in to AB

Can someone tell me in simple terms (this is a case of the blind leading the blind!) how to help netibiza get back on here please? She signs in & submits but just gets taken back to the sign-in again, she's tried a new username/email address but it's the same. (Windows XP Firefox 3). She's not a happy bunny! :o)

Sounds as if her firewall is blocking it.

Try turning it off briefly while she signs in - just to see if I'm right.

Don't forget to turn it back on

Ethel, have just gotten back into AB after 5 days, Thanks for your help, it was a cookie thing (don't ask) but I just clicked on something and hey presto I'm back on. Many thanks to you and Robinia for helping me.
