Battery Meter on Nokia N95

Is there anyway I can tell what percentage level i.e. how full my battery is apart from looking at the battery symbol and seeing how many notches it has?

Sorry I can't answer your question channel99 but to hijack your thread a little I also wonder how I can find out how much memory I have on my Nokia N95. I take loads of photos/videos and have no clue how full my phone is.
