I expect the easiest way is: find windows movie maker (programs > accessories, usually)
When movie maker has opened import the video clip you have been watching.
Drag it down onto the timeline at bottom of screen.
You can add titles, effects etc (every effect you add makes the movie bigger)
When satisfied click on 'finish movie > save to may computer'. This will then give you the chance to experiment with different sizes of finished file - the smaller the file size the quicker it will upload for your audience. However you may lose some quality especially of sound by going really small.
Then save and this will give you a clip that can be uploaded.
Have courage - it sounds complex but isn't once you get the program in front of you.
