AOL shutting computer down

I have been having trouble with AOL shutting down my computer. Now its got worse and as soon as I type in my pasword and click sign on my computer shuts down. When I switch back on it gives a "Windows shut down unexpectedly" message box and when I look for solutions it says;
Blue Screen
6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.2
Locale 2057
Has anyone got any ideas please because I can go onto Internet Explorer and get onto AOL and sign onto my account.

Get from AOL they are getting worse by the day,Sorry this is not an answer to your problem but it is as helpful as AOL Help
if you can understand them.

Can't help either I'm afraid apart from suggesting the same. AOL are terrible. We have all sorts of problems emailing AOL users, as AOL decide in their wisdom who is spam and who is not regardless of the user's preferences.
