Microsoft Excel Training

My wife is looking for some free downloadable training (intermediate level) documents for Excel 2007. I have searched a few websites, but they are either all online training or you have to pay. What I am after is something I can download and put on a memory stick that my wife can open up and read.

Any help/links would be most appreciated.

Is your wife working? If she is unemployed she may be able to get a learn direct course for excel. It is free and you can either work at the library (in ours you can) or online. If she is working there is a charge. XX
