sky + not working

red light on pace box stays on all the while and box will not work. Have tried hard reset to no avail any ideas?

Try switching the box off at the wall socket. Leave for around 10 seconds and turn everything back on again. This usually works for me.

tried all that said originally tried hard reset still will not give me green light
