Can anyone help me please> I have installed software from the disc that came with the phone and from Samsun website and still keep getting the following message "there was a problem installing this hardware samsung mobile usb modem an error occurred during installation of this device the data is invalid" there is a yellow question mark by the side of the drivers. Have phoned samsung who say it is a microsoft problem and they can't help. I have checked that bluetooth is turned off and disabled Norton before installing software. Does anyone know the answer to this please. Thank you
