No

Slightly longer answer:
There are two reasons why you can't do this. Firstly, there are no directories of mobile phone numbers. Secondly, it's illegal (under the provisions of the Data Protection Act) for anyone to provide 'reverse look-up' directory search facilities, whether online or on CD.

Also the mobile may have been a PAYG bought in a shop and never registered (like mine).
Put the mobile number into Google.

You never know what it might bring up.
Can't you get reverse look up with landline numbers on CD?

the only "lookup" is what's published in the phone book

in the electronic version ... the reverse option is disabled so you can only ever work from a name
