I am running Windows XP pro and have a problem.. certain things I try to instal fail and I get the error message.. Error 1606. Could not access network location .AllUsers\. What is this.. a folder? If so, where should it be?

That didn't come out right.. it is (Common Administerative Tools).AllUsers\. I've replaced the < with a bracket
