1. - How the chuff do you open the bit where the memory card goes!? Do you flip it down, slide it....what!?? I've tried everything and it wont budge!

2. - Bought the phone as pay as you go on 02 but I'm using it via my Vodafone contract. Is there any way of changing the phones icons as 2 of the main menu ones are O2 internet - which wont work? I want to be able to go online but don't know if it's possible. The phone hasn't been un-locked but it worked fine with my Vodafone Sim. Thanks!

the memory card slot lifts up and his hinged at one side, finger nail required!

if the phone is locked then I presume thats why you get that icon

It can't be locked though if it works on Vodafone?
if it has O2 icons tho it must be an O2 phone? I dunno then, you did say it hadnt been 'unlocked' so i presume it would have to be unlocked

maybe someone wiser will give you a better answer
