If your video is in the right format - .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, or .MPG - it is very easy.

make sure its max 10 minutes and max 100 MB size wise
whatever format you decide to upload keep it to 320 X 240 pixels , youtube will resize it if you dont and their software is not particularly good, it degrades the quality quite a lot.
there are quite a lot of videos on Youtube that tell you the best formats, encoders etc etc
