is there a way in itunes to quickly copy or move all my music into the itunes folder on my hard drive, i'm sure i saw an option a while ago but i cant seem to find it again

In ITunes, click on File, then 'Add Folder to Library'. Browse for the folder then click on it. The press OK. Hope thats what you mean.
