my t.v. colour has gone like a rainbow,can anyone help?

Sounds like you have had a magnetic source near it (mobile phone / speaker etc...) and the usual solution is when the guy in the tv repair shop waves what is known as a purity wand around the screen.

Some tv's have a degaus option on them which should shake and shimmer the screen and sort out the problem but if not take it off to the tv repair shop for a looksee.
