Sky TV on Computer

I have just recently signed up for Sky TV. I heard that you can also watch Sky TV and other channels on your Computer, what is the best way of doing this?

Assuming you have a tv card, yes it is possible but not really worth it. I have no idea though how to set it up.

My friend done it for me. It is crap though. I have a top of the range system too so its fast and well capable of viewing live tv.
