Scanner!

I need to buy a scanner for my PC so I can scan in photos. I have no idea what type to buy! I don't need anything flashy, just something that will do the job. Any suggestions of a good make or type? What will it cost? How does it plug in- just USB and a power plug?x

Yes - they are USB plug and play. Scanners are very simple devices and can be bought from �20 upwards.

Most people prefer an all in one printer, scanner, copier. Mine is 5 years old and has been no problems at all. You can buy one from around �40, but I would prefer to pay more.

If you already have a good printer then get a scanner. This one looks good - and doesn't need a power lead:
