Can anyone recomend some decent Freeware for my dad, so he can be alerted when he gets new e-mails. Something that is easy to use, he does no understand about 'POP' and to be honest, neither do I!

\who is the email provider? The bit that comes after @ in the email address usually.

i clicked on the link in your post, i then tried to download
3d mail link. I got a notice on my screen saying WARNING
THIS FILE DOES NOT HAVE A VALID SIGNATURE,
and being fairly new to computers, is this anything to be concerned about.
