SKY+ not working

My Sky+ is not working tonight - the box is either stuck on standby or if it eventuall turns on the screen is blue with no messages or picture. Any idea if this is a sky issue (i.e. no ones Sky is working tonight - 24/01/2007) or is it a Skybox issue?
