tiscali log out

A neighbour has Tiscali Broadband, but it seems to log out after ten minutes inactivity (eg when typing a long e-mail). Is there any way this log out time can be extended.?

type faster....all tiscali customers are having prob with online gaming, msn and other site s at mo mostly between 6 and 11 at night you need to get tiscali to move you from ipstream to data stream, you will have to register on tiscali forum then leave a thread asking to be . go here and read more.....http://www.tiscali.co.uk/forums/showthread.php ?t=119184
