Snapfish and Mozilla Firefox

I have recently begun using Mozilla Firefox, rather than Internet Explorer, as my search engine. Today I joined Snapfish and tried to download their Quick Upload tool. Each time I tried, Firefox crashed. Anyone know why??

Does the snapfish program use firefox in some way? Are you sure that it's designed for firefox, or have HP only created it for IE?

If you can't get it to work, it doesn't seem to do much if anything that the leader, flickr, doesn't do. And that definitely works great with firefox:
