Thanks ugly_bob I have now found it above "my web search" but it is still not on a blue bar at top! there are no tabs to click near!
Just press your Alt key and the toolbar will appear.

Your favourites are accessed by clicking the yellow star at the top left of the screen. Or by Alt + C

Ethel I have done that , it is still not on a blue bar at the top and I do not have a refresh!
You have a refresh - it's the little up and down arrows immediately to the right of the address bar at the top of the screen.

Or just press F5.

What blue bar? What are you expecting on the blue bar?

Try pressing F11. And press F11 again to restore

Many thanks Ethel, sorted. Happy Christmas.
Hi,

If I may hijack this thread a mo. How can you skip back a few pages as it won't let you right click on the back arrow.

Thanks

You are very right Jas, will be interested in the answer!
jas1002 - in between the forward arrow and the address bar is a little black arrow pointing down. If you click on this it will bring up a list of all the previous web pages that you viewed.

Hope this helps!!
So it does!!!

Thanks so much
