Hello, I am trying to start an ACT For Notes user forum at hedgerhome dot com

to answer your question, there are more than one way to do this, the way I do it is to organize the spreadsheet, save as a .wks document. Then open the db and click import, find your file, the choose a mapping file (my file.col).

Your mapping file should be made in advance so that Notes knows which columns go to which fields. Send me your email and I will forward you the mapping file I made along with a .wks spreadsheet I use with the headers. From there just copy/paste your info in and import.
thanks
