None whatsoever :) You can actually buy stands that keep the laptop at an angle for that same reason. If you're doing a lot of typing, it might be less strain on your hands and wrist to get a full-sized keyboard to use...

No. In fact some commercially available laptop stands are designed with such a tilt.
