Problem with EPG Topfield PVR

I have a Toppy 5800 PVR and for the last week, each time I try to access the EPG, it only shows the current programme and the next programme on ITV channels. Other channels seem okay.

Anyone any idea why this is happening, and if I could rectify it please?
