hi i'm trying to get extra memory for my emac but i'm confused. i dont want the kind of memory that makes it run faster (RAM?) which only seems to go up to 1GB anyway. i've basically filled up my computer with songs etc and have deleted all i can bear to but at the moment i only have about 500mb of space left. i want to get more but i'm not sure what kind to get i just need the basic memory. i think i need a few GB.
any help appreciated.

run the system scanner here:

btw, if your computer's memory is almost full, its not more RAM that you need, its more hard drive space.
Don't know the ROM capacity (Gb) or how old your PC is, but if it has a USB port, then I would suggest buying an external drive and using that. Some take power from the PC, some need their own power, but whatever, as with most stuff like this, it's not as expensive as it once was.
