have just got samsung d500 mobile phone when i try to send a photo to friend it says unknown subscriber she is on orange same as me and when she sends me one it sends me to an orange website to view it any ideas how to just send and recieve pics ? thanks

i have a d600 and got exactly the same message when someone tried to send me something earlier somebody at work said to ring the network provider

select the 'how do i get MMS settings?' question it'll give you a pop up which you fill out to get your settings free via text...

if you have already done this sorry...
I don't think I had the same thing come up, but I did have a problem sending when I first got my d500. Mine was sorted by going to: Menu > Messaging > MMS > Settings > MMS Profiles > Current Profile - and setting it to Orange MMS. Mine was on a different profile setting. This also happened to my sister when she got a similar Samsung - hers was set to Vodafone, not T Mobile. Check yours is set up for Orange.

many thanks to those who answered i had to contact orange to get activated even though they sent me a new number they didnt activate my phone
