Removing drivers

I want to reinstall the drivers for my broadband modem (BT Voyager 100) but a message comes up saying that a previous installation has been detected and that it will need to be deleted first. However I cannot delete it. I have also tried removing it in Control Panel (add/remove software) but with no luck. Does anyone know how to do this?
