UDMFImage and .VIV files

yeah hi everyone,
ive just downloaded a movie and it's come down as an UDMFImage file. Nero happily burns it creating a 5 file disk with .VIV files. Problem comes when my comp or my DVD wont play the Disk.
Are these files Playstation files and are there emulators that can sort the problem? What about transoding, is that possible?
