Hi can anyone please help!
My computer keeps going off randomly and I don't know why! I've done a virus scan and nothing comes up. What do I do?

Can you access the BIOS (press F10 or whatever at boot up) - check that you have not got it set to sleep after a few minutes) - next have you set the screen saver to come on after a few minutes - if not - then could you have a BIOS battery dying (replace - costs pence)

I had this same problem and it turned out to be the computer power supply needed replacing. They are very cheap, check this link out.
